These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the NorCal Drain & Jetting membership programs operated by Brezi LLC, doing business as NorCal Drain & Jetting ("we," "us," "our"). By enrolling in any of our programs, you ("Member," "you") agree to these Terms. They take effect when you sign up and remain in effect while your membership is active.
Part A applies to all members. Part B applies to Transparent Dispatch members. Part C applies to Maintenance Plan members. You agree to Part A plus whichever program section(s) apply to you. (Maintenance Plan members also receive Transparent Dispatch, so Parts A, B, and C apply to them.)
Applies to all members.
An active membership provides access and priority for our drain-cleaning services. Specific benefits depend on the program you enroll in (Part B and/or Part C). Membership does not by itself include the cost of the actual service work performed, which is billed separately at member rates (Section 5).
A valid credit or debit card is required to enroll and must remain on file for as long as your membership is active. By enrolling, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge that card for (a) your recurring monthly membership fee, (b) any dispatch fees, and (c) service work.
Membership fees are billed monthly in advance to the card on file and renew automatically each month until cancelled. Service work and dispatch fees are charged to the card on file upon completion of the work. By enrolling under our published pricing, you pre-approve our standard listed services at their published rates; these are charged on completion without a separate approval step. Work beyond standard scope (additional lines, or unusual or non-standard cleaning jobs not covered by the published rates) will be quoted and approved by you before we proceed (see Section 5).
Your membership becomes active once payment is confirmed by our payment processor. Card data is handled securely by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers ourselves. Membership benefits apply only while your account is active and paid.
You may cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid monthly period; to avoid the next charge, cancel before your next billing date. Partial months are not refunded. You may cancel through the web app (using the cancellation option in your account) or by emailing us at info@norcaldrainandjetting.com.
If a payment fails or is declined, your membership benefits and account access may be suspended until payment is resolved. We may suspend or terminate a membership for non-payment, abuse, unsafe conditions, or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms, our fees, or our service offerings with reasonable advance notice (for example, by email or through the app). Continued membership after a change means you accept it.
We perform drain cleaning only — hydro jetting and drain snaking — plus camera inspection. We do not perform pipe repair, replacement, or alteration.
Service methods are matched to the line: mainlines and grease lines are cleared by hydro jetting; interior 2-inch branch lines (sinks, prep lines, floor drains) are cleared by snaking. The appropriate method is determined by the line and its condition.
Service work is billed separately from any membership fee and dispatch fee, at member rates. Standard listed services are charged at our current published member rates (currently hydro jetting $1,050 and drain snaking $275), which you agree to by enrolling; no separate approval is needed for standard work at published prices.
Work beyond standard scope (additional lines, or unusual or non-standard cleaning jobs not covered by the published rates) will be quoted and approved by you before we begin that work.
For clarity, membership does not include or guarantee:
You agree to: provide safe and reasonable access to the property and the relevant drains; provide accurate information about the problem and the property; ensure someone authorized to approve work and payment is available; and disclose any known issues with the lines or system.
Pre-existing conditions. Drain and sewer lines may already be deteriorated, corroded, cracked, root-intruded, improperly installed, undersized, or otherwise compromised in ways not visible or detectable before work begins. Clearing a blockage in such a line carries an inherent risk of damage that arises from the pre-existing condition of the line, not from our work.
Camera documentation. Where practical, we document line condition by camera before and/or after service. You acknowledge that any condition shown to exist prior to service is a pre-existing condition.
Assumption of risk. You acknowledge that older or compromised lines can be damaged during normal, properly performed cleaning, and you accept that risk for damage arising from the pre-existing condition of the line.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from any program or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business or revenue.
We are not responsible for delays or failures to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, road or access conditions, utility or municipal actions, labor or supply shortages, equipment failure, or emergencies.
If a charge to the card on file is declined or fails, the balance is due immediately, and unpaid balances may result in suspension of your membership benefits and account access until the balance is resolved.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or our services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you agree to that venue.
Applies to members enrolled in the Transparent Dispatch Program (including Maintenance Plan members, who receive it).
The Transparent Dispatch membership is $39 per month (billed per Part A, Section 2; included for Maintenance Plan members). It provides access to our web app to submit priority service requests, priority scheduling ahead of non-members, member pricing on service work (Part A, Section 5), and the included 48-hour "Scheduled" service dispatch described below.
Service requests are submitted through our web app, where you choose a priority level. A dispatch fee applies per request based on the level selected:
| Priority | Target turnaround | Dispatch fee |
|---|---|---|
| Emergency | 4 hours | $400 |
| Standard | 24 hours | $150 |
| Scheduled | 48 hours | Included with membership |
Turnaround is measured from the time we confirm your request, not from when you submit it. The dispatch fee is a separate charge for priority, on-call service at the speed you select; it secures our availability and readiness to perform the work within your chosen window. It is separate from, and in addition to, the cost of the service work itself (Part A, Section 5), and is not credited or applied toward that cost. After-hours and holiday rates may apply.
If we miss the turnaround window for a paid priority level (Emergency or Standard), that dispatch fee is waived. This waiver is the sole and exclusive remedy for a missed window. It covers the dispatch fee only and does not include any other costs, losses, lost business, lost revenue, or consequential damages of any kind. The guarantee does not apply where the delay is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (see Part A, Section 9), including inability to access the property, inaccurate or incomplete information, weather or road conditions, utility or municipal issues, or equipment or supply failures.
We aim to provide responsive, around-the-clock service, but availability depends on current demand, crew availability, location, and conditions. Membership does not guarantee instantaneous service or that any specific crew will be available at a given moment; our commitment is the turnaround windows in B2 and the guarantee in B3.
Applies to members enrolled in a Maintenance Plan. Maintenance Plan members also receive Transparent Dispatch (Part B) at no additional membership charge.
Maintenance Plans provide scheduled preventive drain-cleaning service for your kitchen drainage system at a recurring monthly fee. Plans differ by service frequency, and are billed monthly at the rate quoted to you at the time of enrollment:
| Plan | Service frequency |
|---|---|
| Basic | Semiannual (2× per year) |
| Premium | Quarterly (4× per year) |
| Priority | Monthly (12× per year) |
Each visit covers the main grease line and the priority drains identified by the camera inspection; it does not include clearing every drain on the property on every visit. Service frequency and scope are tailored to your kitchen's needs based on the camera findings. Additional drains or work beyond the scheduled scope are billed separately at member rates (Part A, Section 5), with out-of-scope work quoted and approved first.
The monthly plan fee is billed per Part A, Section 2 (card on file, monthly in advance, auto-renewing until cancelled). We schedule your visits and will reach out ahead of each scheduled visit to arrange a service time according to your plan's frequency. Please give at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule a scheduled visit. A missed visit may be rescheduled within a reasonable time during your plan period; visits do not accumulate or carry over indefinitely and are not redeemable as a backlog of unused visits. Cancellation follows Part A, Section 3.
Maintenance plan visits are scheduled, preventive service. A scheduled visit cannot be moved up, pulled forward, or substituted to clear an active blockage or emergency. If you have an active backup or blockage that cannot wait for your next scheduled visit, that is on-demand service, handled through Transparent Dispatch (Part B). You receive member pricing and priority as a plan member, but the work is billed at the regular member service rate (currently hydro jetting $1,050, drain snaking $275) and is not covered by or absorbed into your scheduled plan visit.
